  January 1, 2021 - Delightfully sweet and perfectly aged for almost 15 years. Could likely go for ages. Almost Port-like, but lower alcohol content. We split at 375ml bottle for New Year's Eve....was the exact moment to enjoy!

  December 25, 2009 - With dried apricot, peach, a touch of candied pineapple and a light effervescence this really is an unusual Ice Wine. Lovely sweetness, but with a nice streak of acidity to balance it all out. Delicious!

  Palate: The juice of pink lady apples when you first bite into them, nashi pear, excellent acid.
  
  The mousse is nice, the acid prevents it being as cloying as one would expect. Fantastic flavours. If anything was a negative, i'm picking up the 220 (Sulphur Dioxide) which I am extremely sensitive too. If not for that a super fantastic wine.
