  January 31, 2009 - Columbia Gorge Tasting & 30 year old wines on my 30th birthday (Columbia Gorge and My House): 11.5% Residual sugar on this one. Soap, apricots, and melon on the nose. Nice integrated sweetness with apples and lots of pear. Mineraly spiciness follow through on the finish. Nice.

  overall: nice depth of flavors with good viscosity. very pretty aromatics and flavors on the palate that is very enjoyable and delicious

  June 28, 2008 - Delicious. Served chilled in a beautiful glass it's dessert in a cup. Yum. Coyote Canyon Vineyard Horse Heaven Hills. Sugar at harvest - 36 Degrees Brix. Residual sugar - 11.2% by weight. Harvested in December. Peach, honey and jasmine. 223 cases produced.
