    January 13, 2016 - Pale gold in colour. Pear in the foreground when first decanted. Lemon zest, too, that fruitiness shifting to the background as the wine eventually took on certain Chablis-like characteristics, gunflint in particular. The wine generally became more stony over time. Not that aromatic. Fleshier in texture, at first, before lightening up.
