January 3, 2011 - Paired with a roast whole chicken with root vegetables....would not normally think of a red with such a light preparation of chicken, but read about Cab Franc pairing with Roast Chicken and this came through beautifully. Very elegant style....purple fruits with very light tannins. I would drink now or in next 12 months....at peak

September 21, 2008 - Such a floral and chocolate driven Cab Franc. Everyone loved this wine. So approachable but with excellent underlying complexity.
New World in style but stlll displaying some really nice earth and mineral driven characteristics.
