Community Tasting Notes 1

January 3, 2009 - V light nose, trace of pear skin, melon, and starfruit. More quince upfront than pear, with a touch of melon. Good but not overpowering acidity. Touch of lime grows into the decent finish. Refreshing, and just 11.5% alcohol
