July 25, 2010 - Clean very pale yellow. Somewhat tight nose of lime and stone probably as a result of the wine being a tad too cold and reflecting the mineral nature of the wine. Fresh but soft at the same time. Limes, stones, soda, grass, and sea breeze. Clean finish. Nicely done.

March 6, 2010 - Grapefruit, chalk nose. Citrus, lemongrass, mineral palate. Excellent acidity. Great food wine.

November 1, 2009 - A lot of asparagus on the nose along chalk. Good acidity and pretty consistent with previous notes although those asparagus notes were a little too overwhelming (almost NZ like). Was a great match with our goat cheeses though.

October 16, 2009 - Grassy and other herbal aromas. Wonderful citrus and mineral flavors. Acidity is well balanced with the fruit with a long finish. Paired well with mussels and chorizo. This is a keeper. Must get more before spring.
