June 14, 2013 - Not boring at all. Thought it would be done because it was so old. Still held up well, no tannins but still had a mouthful. I have had a lot of it over the years and although this is beyond its prime, I was not disappointed. Drink it if you got it.

January 5, 2009 - A- slight EtOAc, chocolate, vanilla, hay, hint of EtOH.
T- "aged" taste, some chocolate and vanilla, some nice berry fruit. Lighter style of Syrah for Paso. Rather simple, but not bad for the style. Starting to open up after an hour. Fruit coming more toward the front. Decent acid and soft tannins.
