October 9, 2021 - Some bricking on the edges. Definite secondary development
Nose:
sweet tobacco, stewed plum, touch of leather
Palate:
Smooth, rich, complex, stewed cherry, dark chocolate, some spice notes, decently long finish of 30 seconds. Tannins have rounded nicely and this is drinking at peak for me.
