Community Tasting Notes 4

October 16, 2012 - Relatively smooth, with very little tannins at the finish. Needs plenty of time to breathe.

August 1, 2012 - Strong, fruit forward nose w/ hints of berries and hazelnut. Versatile palate. Not very tannic, almost tastes like a merlot. Good well-balanced wine.

October 10, 2011 - Dark, warm, inky...this cab was a pleasant surprise. More complex than I remember a Lynfred red being capable of. Used the first 1/4-cup for sausage & peppers (outstanding!)...M liked it when first opened, and found it even better after 24 hours.

April 13, 2010 - Fruit forward almost tasted like a Pinot noir from Oregon. Minus the smoke very nice
