January 22, 2017 - Not as good as the last time I had it a few years ago. Fantastic nose of caramel corn. Initially in the mouth it's wonderful but the middle is weak and the back end is nonexistent.

March 8, 2014 - WOW! So full & rich. Decanted for about 30 minutes, at 45 it became incredibly expressive. The mouth feel was great. Carmel and some tropical fruit. Not as lean and minerality-rich as most Chablis.
