  July 18, 2015 - Stone fruit in the nose with floral and stone fruit flavors with hints of molasses. Not cloying, in fact could use just a tad more acidity but that ain't what you get with viogner. Still, much to like and drink it just a bit below cellar (45-50F?).

This was a world different, yet definitely the same grape, and I would drink this anytime. A little reserved when opened, day two was great, deep nose with peach and crushed coconut aromas yet light on its feet, so unlike US versions. In the palate, same impression of all the flavors of viognier but light in the mouth with much more acidity/minerality. No score b/c of unfamiliarity.

  January 2, 2010 - This is my first tasting of a Condrieu. I would agree with the other tasting notes written. It was soft and lush with melons on the palate. Very enjoyable.

  February 12, 2009 - Explosive viognier nose. Apricot and cantaloupe for days, both on the nose and the palate. Rich mouthfeel, and ever so slightlly flabby. Would have liked a tiny bit more acidity and tiny bit less alcohol.
