February 6, 2013 - - Fast forming legs and aromas of cherry and licorice anise and has flavours of licorice anise and cherry with a medium finish - From I opened the bottle the wine was very good but needs opening at least one hour in advance. The color has turned more tile, legs are heavy. Nose heavy earthy with cherries only with a hint of anis/fennel left. Enjoyable taste with cherries ans some Wood notes. Went well with veal and sauce au champignon. Perfect match!
I am happy to have an other six bottles to enjoy the next two years.

May 22, 2010 - Served with third course at May 16 Chaine event. From memory: Light ruby color. Nose of earth, violet, cherry and spice. Elegant light-to-medium palate of red fruit, minerals, and earth with subtle toasty oak. Nice length. Nice acidity. Very good. Not amazing.
