Community Tasting Notes 1

September 22, 2008 - Color: darkish ruby center with ruby rim
Bouquet: initial coffee develops into caramel, smoke, pepper, spice--very complex and it evolves in the glass
Flavor: raspberry, cherry, plum plus the above caramel, smoke, pepper and spice. Has a long, subtle, roasted/smoky finish.
Comment: Great silky mouth feel. Though I'm a Cab fan, I had to buy a bottle of this. Note: Found this under the Taillevent label. Not yet integrated but very promising potential.
