Nose is initially mostly yeasty brioche. As it got more air sweeter notes of strawberry, maraschino cherry came out. There is a bit of residual sugar, so it pairs well with spicier foods.
Definitely not for folks looking for bone dry Champagne. -

February 20, 2016 - Champagne - 100 Vintage and NV Champagne; 12/15/2015-12/15/2020: During a Pauillac themed wine tasting dinner. Nose of flowers, strawberry, bakery with very good pinosity. Creamy and elegant on the palate. Quite bubbly. A bit too much dosage for my taste but very good NV rose overall.
