February 3, 2023 - Still holding up. Lots of secondary on nose, dark chocolate and some dark fruit on palate. Deep read. Easy tannins. Long finish

April 29, 2012 - Very dark and dense red colour. On the nose: Notes of ripe, dark berries - blackberries and blackcurrant, meat, blood and minerals, and a hint of oak. Full mouth feel, taste as promised by the nose, feels soft and round, but the finish is dry and long with lots of tannins still. We had it with filet of elk from the charcoal grill. All taste elements matched wonderfully, but the wine was almost too tannic with this lean meat.

March 10, 2012 - Dark red violet, smell of dark berries, nice tannic bit. Will still improve in cellar.

May 25, 2011 - Lots of sediments! Deep red. Rich smell of dark berries. Nice acid and firm tannins. Has a nice depth to it and a medium-long finish. Would buy again.

October 15, 2009 - Confirms the impression from half a year ago. Deep, dark aromas, not very exuberant, but quite complex. Lots of dark fruits, blackberry, some blackcurrant and after a while blueberry. Mineral and iron and raw blood. Mellow entry but tannins that still bite. Good match, as expected, with moose beef.
