Community Tasting Notes 3

November 5, 2023 - Opened with light appetizers before a dinner at the winery. A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. I've had a couple previous incarnations of this wine over the last 15 years. A very slight pink hue. Moderate bead. Dry with a nice core of fruit centered around green apple. Lean finish. 85 points.

June 11, 2018 - Tasted at the winery. Last had this 10 years ago. A much drier style now. Mostly Pinot Meunier with just a touch of Pinot Noir. Crisp with light red fruit notes. Fine bead. 87 points.

July 24, 2008 - This sparkling wine had a touch of sweetness. Crisp fruit notes with a yeasty finish. Much better than the Tabor Hill Blanc de Blanc that we tried that day. 81 points.
