February 25, 2022 - Note: I use the recommended scale, so 85 is a very good wine.

Just shy of the magical 90. Very nice bottle, smooth, completely integrated, no edges whatsoever.
    Easy drinking.

December 25, 2013 - moderate ruby with paler rim, nose had mushroom notes at first, then suggesting more spicy red fruit, this was a significantly more substantial wine than the Bizot villages drunk in tandem. More character, more fruit and length and some more spice. Moderate length, with clean acidic finish. No reason to wait further to drink, although it improved for some hours after opening.

May 18, 2013 - Beautiful clean Vosne Fruit with wonderful spice and black fruits. A little reduction on the nose that opened to reveal a classic Vosne nose of Asian spice. Great depth of fruit. Delicious now with nice palate weight, but shows no secondary flavors yet. Will be tough not to open this for a while, but this is only getting better.

May 11, 2012 - you do sense the age - but you clearly get some fruitness and some spices opened two hours before drinking a nice glass of wine - and clearly ready to drink

October 18, 2009 - Knightsbridge's Burgundy Tasting (Knightsbridge, Northbrook IL): nose: very pretty and showing off the pretty vosne character with round and elegant tones of violets, spices, red fruits, and some fresh berries. Good depth, but a bit tight right now

taste: elegant and silky feel with good medium+ acidity and some good tannins show off the youth of the wine with pretty tones of violets, red florals, spice tones, red cherries and bits of berry tones

overall: needs a couple more years, but seems like its starting to get ready. The aromatics were fairly open, but the acidity was showing off the youth of the wine right now. Its a very pretty wine that should really improve with another 3-5 years sideways
