March 21, 2021 - half bottle, perfect level and cork, light youthful straw colour, lovely classic lemony-nutty-mineraly Meursault nose, restrained, fine, classy, complex, palate powerful, soft, rich but dry, great length and persistence, top example at its peak, still fresh and lively, serve not too cold to get all the nuances and character, its style suggests it comes from the upper slope of Genevrières but this I don’t know

January 16, 2021 - FWSG Puligny Grand Cru vs Meursault Genevrieres tasting. Semi-blind. Double samples. Tasted in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, medium intensity, gold colour. Legs.
Nose medium+ intensity with aromas of sweet cream ?caramel, weird turpentine, apricot, rich citrus lemon. Developed.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honeyed lemon curd, butter, ripe peach, apricot, minerality. Flashes of that weird turpentine. Good proper intense long finish.
Very good quality. Quite clearly aged Meursault. I actually quite like the interplay of butter and minerals and lemon curd fruit on the palate. Only the turpentine prevents me from liking this more.

January 18, 2020 - Took about an hour to get going but it was lovely. Part of a big tasting so no formal notes. Well balanced. showing younger than the vintage.
