  February 6, 2021 - Method: blind; 65 degrees; Grassl Liberte glass
  
  Look: deep copper; very fast, skinny legs
  
  Nose: rose, strawberry, white pepper
  
  Palate: dried herbs, floral, strawberry, grapefruit, cherry; medium finish of something bitter and mineral; dry; light body; low- tannin; high- acid
  
  Overall thoughts: I don't like the overall flavor and definitely don't like the bitterness on the finish, but this is otherwise pleasantly light and refreshing, with good acidity. Mediocre wine.

  May 19, 2009 - This is very good juice. Great nose, very floral and citrusy. First thought is that the color looks like Wild Line Caught Coho Salmon, fresh in the market. Darker than most rose. Medium bodied with nice body and very fresh acidity. Strawberrys with nice tannins. Recommended...AMM
