  March 29, 2017 - Nose of blackberry, smoke, slight licorice. Rich mouth, good acidity, silky well integrated tannins. Alcoholic heat in check at 14.5 ABV with sufficient fruit to support it.

  August 13, 2015 - Rich, juicy and mouth-filling cherry, licorice and spice flavor with smooth tannins. The ample acidity keeps it interesting.

  October 4, 2014 - Big, rich and multi-layered without being over-the-top. This bottle seems to be in a sweet spot - integrated and balanced with an abundance of flavor and a backbone to match.

  March 30, 2013 - Very hot throughout, even night two. Either something out of step here or this is WAY too young. Yea yea yea, Priorat, save it, but honestly at this point, this bottling should be ready to go. Still, believe with time it will compose, but needs a longer sleep. Strawberry and under-ripe red cherry, hard to discern much spice with the full bore alcohol notes, but palate to end I get red currant and pink peppercorn. B-/85 = 50/5/8/7/7/9
