Community Tasting Notes 1

January 19, 2005 - Very sweet and thick the first night. Golden in color. Tasted faintly of apricots with honey on the moderate (~20sec) finish. Three days later we finished it and the nose was very strongly appricot, as was the taste, and the finish. The wine tasted less sweet, and the finish was now a touch sour. After being out a couple of hours it was tasting even more sour. My wife liked it the first night, but didn't like the strong appricot the next night. This was not as good as the Kiona or the Ste. Michelle.
