March 26, 2009 - Too old. All oak, not even good for cooking. I bought on winebid.com for $5, so it was a crap shoot if it would be good or past. Tasted more corky, as in like chewing a cork, than oak.

March 7, 2009 - Color: Deep golden Nose: closed down, with crisp fresh apples Palette: oak city, with flowing butter, a little pineapple on the midpalette, transitioning to focused acidity, bought for $5 on winebid, worth every penny!
