March 19, 2013 - Good wine, seemed a little tired.

January 19, 2013 - Wow, glad I let this one rest a bit and slightly improved over last years tasting. I suspect it may have a few more years to go.

Dull purple in color with pronounced ripe black fruits. Hints of chocolate and anise as the pillowy tanins increased as it transitioned to the finish, which was very long and pronounced cloves and baking spices ending with black pepper. Decanted 1 hr before tasting, 3 hrs later same notes except more relaxed tanins.

December 21, 2012 - Rich and plummy. Good bit of sediment. Delightful GSM.

June 5, 2012 - This wine has developed well and is ready now. Good representation of this producer.

The wine looks Garnet colored. It smells like Lavender, and Garrigue. It tastes like Fig, Plum, and Chocolate. The body is Medium/Full. The wine has Satin-like texture. The wine finishes Long.

September 17, 2010 - Initially the acids seemed a little bit high, but after literally a minute or two in the glass they smoothed out and some floral aromas started to appear along with red fruit and white pepper flavors. Quite good but may be at it's peak now.
