October 20, 2016 - Jim's Big 6-0 Bash with Wine of Particular Significance (Jim and Michelene's Place, St. Paul, MN): Deep amber gold color. PNP, drank 1 glass over 40 minutes. This was in good shape on its 60th bday. A very enticing nose of white truffle, candied apricot and peaches, orange peel. On the palate, some of the sweetness appears to have faded leaving a more medium bodied wine with apricot, candied peach, and a lighter does of truffle, mild honey and a medium finish. This was a real treat. 91+pts.
