  February 5, 2016 - Dark-fruited notes of plum, black raspberry, and fig supported by delicate undertones of forest floor. However, the palate is a bit hollow and one-dimensional, and the alcohol and acid additions come back to bite you on the finish. Difficult to determine whether this wine is just going through an awkward phase or is on the decline; I sincerely hope it's the former.

  December 26, 2013 - Last of 6 bottles purchased. Medium dark garnet colour typical of this form of Pinot Noir. Interesting nose of sour cherry and cola that carries through to the palate. Some baking spice too in the background. A little tart on the finish. A nice drink.

  September 6, 2013 - This is a nice wine in its own right, buy not a good pairing with grilled salmon we had tonight. this is dark red, big and a little high in the alcohol department. No earthy notes, more like cherry cola. May go well with red meat or just have it on its own next time.
