Community Tasting Notes 6

July 23, 2010 - sweet, steely nose, hints of raisin but no exotic perfumes, pleasant fruity first impression, light and dryish for the style, steel and minerals in the after taste, clean and abrupt finish - another bottle that has hung around after opening because it didn't scream 'drink me'

November 17, 2009 - Screw top and priced for everyday consumption, this is a great QPR. Flower and apple with hints of apricot on the nose, delivers much the same on the palate. The wine isn't super complex, but it is smooth, delicious, and very refreshing. Off-dry but with good acidity, the finish is not long, but plenty solid for an everyday effort. This wine pairs very well with Thai and other Asian and spicy food.

June 6, 2009 - Flowery, soft yet tart, and delicious. Priced as a quaffer, this off-dry riesling is light in body but punches well above its weight.
