Community Tasting Notes 2

August 14, 2012 - Another great bottle from Potel, who is a seriously underrated winemaker in my opinion. A bit unbalanced and slight on first opening, it gained body over the first hour or so and thereafter was smooth and refined, medium-full bodied, with a long soft finish. Really very good.

July 26, 2009 - Our friend thinks the nose smells of goat cheese. Tanins are mild and the wine seems balanced. We get leathery notes followed by a long smooth finish. Not a very fruity wine but good to share with friends.
