October 5, 2018 - Nose fragrant, needed time to open up and mellow out. First sip was harsh, but after an hour became much more smooth. long legs and was still very much drinkable. 1 bot left I will try in 6 months
good with cheese and beef
It tastes like cedar, vanilla and black pepper. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity. -

September 20, 2015 - Initial taste was not typical cab sauv. Fruity but a bit odd. Let it open up for awhile before drinking. It does improve.
