December 22, 2015 - Port and stewed raisins. Drank it side by side with an 08 Pignan and it suffered. These overdone CDP just aren't for me. It fought the food and remained high alcohol port throughout night without resolution.

January 1, 2015 - Opened a few hours before drinking but it would have benefited from decanting as it evolved nicely over the course of the meal. Dark fruit, plum and a hint of chocolate; very integrated fruit and floral on the nose; little tannin and drinking beautifully.

January 19, 2014 - Rust/brown edge, showing age. Good red fruit aromas. Resolved tannins; smooth. Not a ton of complexity, but a pretty good bottle.
Day 2 - similar, but i liked better on day 1.
