December 24, 2019 - Beautiful wine. Earthy, some oak, still very bright fruit with no discernible warmth from this hot vintage. Very well balanced. Wish I had another or three in the cellar! No rush to drink if you're fortunate enough to have any left -- though great now!

    Now + 5 years.

April 5, 2019 - Willamette Immersion Seminar - Nicely aged wines - short notes (Allison Inn, Newberg Oregon): Fruit forward nose of cherry cola, floral notes. Palate of raspberry, plums, blackberry, violet. Fruit forward but with a nicely elegant texture...medium weight, long finish

November 1, 2015 - Beautiful nose of dark cherries and raspberries with notes of spice and cola. Medium to full body, this is a big, high impact Pinot but certainly not out of balance. It still retains Pinot's ethereal mouthfeel, while delivering very intense flavours. The finish is long and structured. A delicious wine. www.advinetures.ca

August 5, 2013 - Nice Oregon pinot with great fruit and good balance.

August 4, 2013 - I loved this wine -- stood out among a tasting of top California and Oregon pinot noir from the 2006 vintage. Depth and concentration along with pronounced acidity -- a crowd pleaser with elegance and balance. A close second to the 2006 Thomas pinot noir.
