January 18, 2012 - The beehive on the bottle and the bee logo for Honig are perfect visual indicator of what is to come. Strong honey nose, taste, and mouthfeel. Vanilla honey, with apricot, Valencia oranges, and a slight butterscotch touch. Complex flavors remind of a good Sauternes and could be a competitor. Drink now, and call me to share it with you!

September 12, 2010 - The best desert wine coming out of Napa Valley. The 2007 was much better than the 2008 we had back in May. Kind of pricey but worth the money.
