December 16, 2017 - From 375ml. The earliest (and oldest) vintage Paolo Bea Passito I’ve had to date, this reminded me of the non-vintage blend Giampiero’s been working on for two decades. Twenty-six years of age has yielded a thrilling etherealness and concentrated flavors of maple, fig, berry compote, and roasted herbs. A strong backbone of acidity ensures years of remaining life.
