January 20, 2009 - NOSE - Tropical fruit: Passion fruit, honeydew. Citrus: Lime.
    MOUTHFEEL - Medium-bodied.
TASTE - Creamy pineapple balanced with solid, but not overpowering, acid. Key lime pie. Lingers a bit on the finish.
FOOD - Excellent with a spicy Thai dish.

November 27, 2008 - Very light straw color and a tart nose with firm citrus element leaning towards lemon. Brisk and dry...very even and clean on the palate and it paired well with fresh fried oysters and fries.
