December 25, 2021 - Golden color. A little dense but not syrupy. Floral nose with flavors of peach and honey.

September 12, 2011 - Yellow gold. The nose shows petrol, floral notes and white peach. Ripe fruit with some nondescript sweetness and medium acidity. Good, long finish. Nice enough, but Riesling really shouldn't be this weighty at over a decade old. Likely not improving anytime soon.

    November 15, 2004 - Lemon gold.
Complex Riesling bouquet, petrol, flowers, lime.
Very oily taste, just off dry, very fruity (tropical fruit), full, a sweetish finish, medium length.

August 1, 2004 - Med deep yellow/gold, aromas of diesel, mineral, rubber, faint apple, cream, citrus, b3+, a3, minerals, tart apple, honey, d4, reserved nose but similar overall, perhaps more citrus, slaty mineral, spice, b3, a3, tart, balanced, minerally just off-dry, not bad for a dry, domestic (4-5), d10, decent, if a bit bitter, passable good for a dry one (4-5)

February 19, 2004 - Tasted at the "Around the World" tasting at my house. A last minute addition to the tasting because the bottle of '85 Clos Ste Hune was oxidized. David Bueker nailed this wine double blind. Ordinary New World riesling. Nicely balanced, pleasant, probably would go well with food. Nothing memorable about this wine at all. Certainly much better rieslings can be found from Alsace/Germany/Austria for less money than this.
