March 17, 2013 - not sure. different grapes than I am used to so I am comparing apples to oranges. starts with heavy tannins. they mellow in a few hours. but becomes less distinctive.

March 8, 2010 - I'm not usually one to go for liquorice flavored wines (or food), but this was very subtle. Nice wine for drinking at meals.
