  August 7, 2015 - For a zin this old, oops, mature, it's still tasting well. Not as bright in the glass and younger zins, it was still a clear dark red with red to dark red bramble fruit on the nose and palate. A little vanilla and spice was also present. Nice balance of fruit, tannins and acidity.

  May 9, 2013 - Nice jammy spicy on the nose and palate..gained weight in the glass. smooth tannins and the acidity still holding it in good balance. Can't wait to find out how it will hold up in day 2.

  March 27, 2012 - A nice Zin; well balanced and nice flavors. Color is a moderate dark-red plum red. Nose shows floral and is absolutely Zin with a trace of oak. Taste is nicely balanced and spicy with floralnotes to mellow the spice. This wine stood up to a very hot (peppery) salsa which made the wine show off its strong and layered fruitiness. I'll look for this wine in the future

  July 2, 2011 - Nothing but Zin goodness at a low price here. Always a go-to brand when I need a Zin fix.
