May 26, 2023 - really good considering it's age. Still had full body, good color and a soft mouth feel. Very dry, not much fruit but had some earth tones. Finish was nice, short, clean.

January 13, 2023 - Color has held up really well, body was good as well. When first opened there was a distinct smoky aroma and flavor, after 15 minutes that was completely gone. There was some dark fruit - plum, the mouth feel was very dry. Not much on the finish but overall an easy drinking wine that was pleasing.

May 11, 2012 - Purple color. Lovely nose of blackberries, black currants, graphite and ripe pipe tobacco. A full bodied palate is awash with candied black and dark red berry fruits, vanilla and oak spices, black olive paste and tobacco on the long finish.
