Community Tasting Notes 3

October 30, 2023 - Wine was flat and not interesting, waited too long with a cork that was crumbling

September 28, 2023 - Drank during Cornerstone Provenance Night Event with more than 30 wines tasting. Did not have enough time to take down notes and didn’t have proper wine glasses. In general, the wines are still drinking fine and have characteristics of old vintage wine; forest floor, some barnyard, spices, tea, hawthorn, toast. I only managed to use my own personal score to rate the wine.

May 25, 1995 - Mature wine. Full bodied. Now perfectly ready. Good balance, pleasant oak. Old age acidity is starting to show, but the wine is still very good.
