March 17, 2010 - Cabernet 70% + Carménère 30%. Aged in oak barrels for 6 months. Bought at the restaurant. this was decanted and drunk over the dinner.
Very good for the price...at the beginning it was too tannic with very prominent alcohol, but after 1 hour or so it got much better with less alcohol and polished tannins.
On the nose, it's very nice with strong scent (and flavor) of coffee and wood.
