July 5, 2020 - Very mature. Very rich, almost unctuous, but dry, with savoury somewhat bitter finish.

More like viognier, well in style. Hard to detect the varietal stamp of marsanne. This is wine, not bottled fruit.

Interesting fine wine, though I’m glad a bought it half price.

    14%, cork.

May 7, 2018 - Drank over two nights.

Golden honeyed colored. Viscous and 'oily'
    Floral hints, 'waxy', gooseberry, cantaloupe
Round, 'fruity', tastes like the nose with a medium finish.
Definitely at its peak now. (although i said that almost a year ago) Excellent QPR. Nice summer sipper.

August 14, 2017 - My last - and drunk in its perfect place. Decanted for 45 minutes (in fridge).
As per my 2014 note, packed with ripe physalis and white cherry fruit, some asparagus with capsicum hints and gentle integrated acidity. Concentrated and velvety; not a term normally used by me for white wines! All the parts in perfect harmony.
Drink up soon while the ethereal balance remains.

June 24, 2017 - Medium bodied, golden yellow,
    Chalky, gooseberry, exotic fruit licorice,
Great acidity, holding up amazingly. Medium plus finish. Lots of stone fruit, and very well balanced.

This wine has been amazing for its price point. It's definitely at its peak. Drink your bottles now.
