February 5, 2012 - Liquid gold in color, with medium-low viscosity and star bright reflections.
Apple and pear aromas on the nose with butterscotch, toasted oak and accents of lemon zest. On the palate yellow apple and Asian pear mingle with butterscotch, wet stone, toasted almond and lemon. Solid acidity, and long pleasant finish.
