October 15, 2012 - Forward, but soft-smelling red fruits with hints of cedar. Fuller mouthfeel than previous bottles. Good dark red fruit, soft cherries, med/full feel, and a balanced finish with good grip & some brown spice tones.

December 3, 2011 - Red fruits, bits of brown & red spice tones. Medium weight, complete feel on the palate, and decent length. Well balanced; still drinking nicely.

    September 15, 2011 - I never had a one night stand. This Malbec drinks better - a $10 keeper.

May 3, 2011 - Color: Dark ruby. Nose: Dark red and black cherries, earth and a leafy green aroma on the tail end. On the palate: Smooth, red fruit, black cherries, moderate to low acidity. The midpalate has some black pepper and some light tar. The finish has soft tannins, a little "grip", and a few plums. Overall, nice simple quaffer. Exactly what I was looking for this Tuesday evening. There is literally nothing offensive about this wine. It hits all the marks, doesn't taste too manufactured, but doesn't really excite either.

November 29, 2010 - Nose of cherries, raspberries, hint of menthol. Same on the palate, with some tannins & strong acidity. Nothing special but OK for the sub-$10 range. Drink now if you have it in the cellar.
