  September 10, 2021 - This did need some air time to be at its best. Agree otherwise with the previous note. Still finishes with dusty cherry and pleasant tartness

  August 31, 2021 - Dark red with mild bricking on the edges. Nose of tobacco, cedar, berry stems and maple syrup. Needed at least two hours to open up. Nice blackberry fruit, moderately tannic, graphite, and savory herbs with a sour cherry finish. Drank with pasta, Italian sausage s and nd Parmesan. Good match with the food.

  June 20, 2021 - Blind tasting of six top level Tuscan wines with friends. More elegant than the Giusto di Notri 2007 we tasted before. Quite soft and spicy, velvety tannins, excellent depth, chocolate notes, fine acidity, super-elegant and no signs of age yet. Great wine. At peak. Group ranked it 1st place of 6. - 93 points
