January 3, 2014 - Clear, medium garnet colour. Clean, fully developed nose. Med intensity with aromas of dark red cherries, crushed flowers, wild herbs & oak. Minerals & smoke appear too after a while. Soft but elegant nose. Dry, med+ acidity, med+ tannins, med+ alcohol, med body. Med+ flavour intensity with flavours of cherries, roses, oak, leather & pepper. Some earthy notes too. Med finish. Very good. Fades away rather quickly though. Drink now, will not improve any more.
