April 7, 2010 - Creamy fenugreek, mace, and dried pineapple rings. a little meyer lemon acidity. a lot of Rococo body and complexity... about as thick as chewing gum! This is the reason that you should hang onto a few bottles of the wines you love... 3 years of aging can do a ton!
