Community Tasting Notes 1

February 2, 2019 - Drank from a 6L. Smelled absolutely awful when I first opened it, but this was totally blown off when we began pouring it at hour 2. Showed quite well throughout the night, actually. Very serviceable and enjoyable to share a bottle 40 years old with so many friends not too acquainted with such things. Not sure this would be in this good shape from a 750, but this was drinking quite nicely today, with an earthy bell peppery fruit and soil mix throughout.
