April 20, 2024 - Initially some cheesiness, lemon curd, cream, pie crust, flowers and vanilla oak. Silky and minerally, then met with some oak spice on the midpalate. Balanced acidity and nice finish. Less finesse onday two as the oak was more apparent on the nose and palate. Really pleasing experience overall and just really happy that this wine was sound!

December 20, 2020 - Medium Gold color, nose mainly pears 🍐 and white fruit, some oak.
On all cylinders this bottle was open, had build on weight since last, mineral driven, spicy, chalked, smoky and rich in the right proportions.
A leftover the day after was even more impressive. So seems to keep is an option.
For other PM (and H.Boillot ?) nearly to rich. Lacking only a little on complexity.
