March 3, 2024 - Past its peak, tertiary oxidative character(oloroso sherry like), a lot of tannins are still here(also sediments),ok to drink but not everyone can get used to it

November 11, 2021 - Nice aroma when I opened the bottle. But the longer it stayed open the less the flavor profile was appealing. At times good but at times a little tart. Past its prime
