10/3/2004 (link)(Huet Vouvray Haut-Lieu Sec) Amazingly complex nose of grilled nuts, mineral, white flowers. Compelling and layered aromas. Palate was stunning with amazing lightness of touch. Layers of nuts, white fruits and mineral. Three dimensional in the mouth. Great finish. One of the best whites from the Loire I have ever had. Who says dry Chenin won't age?
