October 30, 2016 - Well integrated, jammy with a touch of oak.

November 21, 2014 - Nice balanced palate of red berries and cherry with the right amount of spice on the medium-length finish.

October 4, 2013 - Good balance of red fruit and spice. Deteriorated after a couple of hours.

June 27, 2011 - light, ready to drink. We had it with cod (salty one - portuguese style) and it matched very fine

April 27, 2011 - This is the basic wine; what the bodega calls their "semicrianza". It is very fruit forward with a lot of sweetness and full bodied. Due to the sweetness very easy drinking. The tannin is very soft. Although a pleasure, it hardly shows any complexity. Made to drink young. Certainly a better wine, but I wonder if Stephen Tanzer's score belongs to the normal crianza.
